The proposed Hector H. Henry Greenway-Riverwalk Phase generally parallels the northern shore of the Rocky River and consists of a 6,850 feet long, 10 foot wide pedestrian path. The path is a combination of asphalt surface and boardwalks. It will also have an observation deck and a picnic shelter. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
