Sealed Proposals will be received by the Forsyth County Board of Education (the “Owner”) at the office of the Owner at the Professional and Development Center. Construction of a 2-story, 90 instruction unit school facility. Building is @ 213,000sf on 43 acres in west Forsyth County.Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed lump sum contract price (exclusive of alternates and unit prices). Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
