The Base Bid work shall consist of the installation of approximately 7250 SY of 8” in-place soil cement stabilized base course with 2” 12.5 mm asphalt surface course, ditch regrading and stabilization, striping and signage. Bid Alternate “A” shall consist of approximately 7250 SY of remove and replace existing fly-ash roadway with 6” GAB, 2” asphalt binder course with 1.5” 12.5 mm asphalt surface course. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the latest GDOT road specifications.
