The City of Hesperia is inviting bids to design, fabrication and installation of automated slide (roll with V-track) gates, and removal, demolition, and transport of the existing gates at three (3) vehicle access points at the City of Hesperia Police Station located at 15840 Smoke Tree Street in Hesperia. There are four (4) gates in total, gates 1 and 2 are next to one another at the entrance on Ninth. The gates shall be fabricated off-site and installed at the police station. The existing gates shall be removed, cut into thirds and transported to the City of Hesperia Public Works Yard located at 17282 Mojave Street for disposal. All extraneous, salvage parts related to the installation of the new gates shall also be transported to the Public Works Yard for salvage. An appointment for the disposal of the gates will be arranged. The new gates shall be connected to the existing operators and fully operational. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
