Painting of all walls, doors and trim contained in the approximate 16,000 square feet of office space spread over 2 floors. Painting of select ceiling areas. Painting surfaces will all be prepped to industry standards. Vendor shall be responsible for all moving all office furnishings required to complete project including, but not limited to, desks, chairs, bookshelves, tables, file cabinets, storage cabinets, and computer equipment and the removal, (but not the re-installation) of all wall hangings. Vendor shall be responsible for returning all office furnishing to their original locations upon completion of area painting. Paint to, without removing, the cove base in all locations. In certain location, there is existing vinyl wall covering. The vendor is responsible for the removal and treatment of the wall behind it for the application of paint. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
