The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to the removal of two (2) exiting boilers and replacement with one (1) boiler at Higgins Hall. Removal of the existing breaching and combustion air for all of the gas appliances and replacement with new. Upgrades of the boiler controls and supporting electrical and general construction as noted in the project documents. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
