It is the responsibility of the bidder to make a personal examination of the site of proposed work and satisfy himself as to actual conditions and requirements of the work. All the work to be performed according to MUTCD ( Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) standards, current edition and G.D.O.T standards.
