Prequalification required. The list of Pre-qualified General Contractors is at: http://www.sfusd.edu/en/doing-business-with-sfusd/prequalification.html Construction and installation of a new modular classroom building and associated site work for the new modular classroom building. The new modular building will include six classrooms, student and staff restrooms and associated utility rooms. Each of the classrooms will include cabinetry, sinks, marker boards, tack boards as well as floor, wall and ceiling finishes and mechanical, electrical and plumbing utilities. The associated site work will include hazardous material removal, electrical and plumbing site utilities, concrete paving, asphalt paving, fencing and landscaping. The contractor will be responsible for developing the final design, shop drawings and calculations for the new modular classroom building. The shop drawings and calculations will need to be submitted to DSA and receive DSA approval. The contractor shall manufacture the modular building off-site, deliver the structure to the campus and assemble to the building on the campus. Project Labor Agreement. Prevailing Wages and DVBE participation requirements apply.
