The West County Wastewater District is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide approximately 12,000 square feet of hot mix asphalt (HMA) totaling in 6 inches of thickness (in two lifts); 4) Installing four (4) 20 ft. x 10 ft., 6-inch thick concrete pads, reinforced with #4, grade 60 rebar, 12 inches o/c, each way (locations: both sides of the primary access gate and near both dumpsters located west of the primary access gate); 5) Installing approximately 2,000 square feet of additional, 6-inch thick concrete, reinforced with #4, grade 60 rebar, 12 inches o/c, each way (location: north of the Collection System Operations building); 6) Seal coating approximately 20,000 square feet of hot mix asphalt (HMA); 7) Re-striping approximately fifty-five (55) existing parking stalls; 8) Sealing defects in the existing concrete; 9) Re-painting the no parking zones and sections of curbs to match the existing colors and 10) Performing work site cleanup duties, including, but not limited to removing all debris and placing materials, supplies and equipment in an organized manner, prior to leaving the site, each day. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
