Provide walls and finishes to all interior and exterior spaces and surfaces. Construct 26,530 sq. ft. addition on west side of building. Construct new Penthouse. Replace all MEP systems. Replace existing boilers which serve the Hinman Complex. Existing piping, ductwork, controls to be replaced as required to accommodate new boiler and pump configuration. Remove and relocate existing site utilities. Provide new site structures and utilities as required. Re-configure the access road which leads from Connector Road to the loading dock. Construct rooftop Terrance. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
