The City of Houston is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide 52 point repairs on gravity sanitary sewers and force mains ranging in size from 6 to 48-inches in diameter; 1,610 feet of additional sewer replacement beyond these point repairs; sliplining and pipe bursting approximately 10,800 feet of sanitary sewer ranging from 6 to18-inches in diameter; slurry boring of approximately 900 feet of sanitary sewer ranging in size from 8 to 12-inches in diameter; reconnecting approximately 180 services; cleaning and televising of 15,700 feet of gravity sanitary sewers and force mains ranging in size from 6 to 48-inches in diameter; construction of approximately 19 new manholes; 220 vertical feet of manhole rehabilitation; 3,000 square yards of removal and replacement of up to 2" hot-mix asphaltic concrete and 1,000 square yards of removal and replacement of 8" concrete pavement; and ancillary work to remove and restore surface features disturbed as a result of the work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Time to complete is 730 days.
