The work to be constructed is located at in the City of Murrieta off the access road from Hunter Road. The work comprises construction of interior recoating and construction of tank retrofits for the Hunter water storage tank. The work includes recoating the tank interior coating, demolition and replacement of all cathodic protection anodes, installation of six (6) perimeter roof vents, demolition of existing guardrail, installation of perimeter safety guard rail, demolition of the existing roof access hatch, installation of a plate over the opening, installation of a new roof access hatch, removal of existing interior ladder, and touch up rust spots on exterior roof.Bonds required.Q&A due by 04/26/19 at 5PM. Prevailing wages.
