The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents for the above stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of; A) uninstall, remove and properly dispose of fourteen (14) existing Carrier HVAC units and one (1) evaporative cooler from the rooftop of the Community Center Building, at the Laguna Hills Community Center & Sports Complex; B) provide new replacement HVAC units of equal or better performance rating with a minimum 15 SEER including complete installation to include all appurtenances, start-up, connections, air balance, testing and report and interface to new thermostat controls. Acceptable manufacturer is Carrier to match the existing system. Mount to resurfaced roof curb, providing weatherproof/watertight attachment following roofing resurfacing. All mechanical, supports, and attachments are to be unit specific, new exterior-rated and commercial grade; C) provide and install new electrical connections, mountings and frames, flashing(s), adapter curb, conduit(s), disconnect, control panel and fourteen (14) Wi-Fi, password protected thermostats capable of being monitored and controlled remotely from a central system; D) provide and install new copper condensate line from unit to gutter, properly secured to new DURA-BLOKs (or approved equivalent). The work is located on the roof of the Community Center Building, at the Laguna Hills Community Center & Sports Complex, 25555 Alicia Parkway, Laguna Hills, CA 92653.
