Begin at front entrance of Ridgetop MS, 10600 Hillsboro Dr NW, Silverdale WA 98383
Improvements at Cougar Valley ES, Green Mountain ES, Silver Ridge ES & Ridgetop MS. CV HVAC improvement will replace 17 classroom heat pump units and 3 rooftop air handling units. The Gymnasium and Music Room are on one single zone air handler and need to be separated into two zones with a new single zone terminal unit serving the Music Room. Repair and flash roofing as needed around rooftop air handlers and duct penetrations. Exterior ductwork for each rooftop air handler needs to be replaced. GM HVAC improvement will replace 22 classroom heat pump units and 3 rooftop air handling units. Repair and flash roofing as needed around rooftop air handlers and duct penetrations. Exterior ductwork for each rooftop air handler needs to be replaced. SR HVAC improvement will replace 12 classroom heat pump units and 5 rooftop air handling units. Repair and flash roofing as needed around rooftop air handlers and duct penetrations RMS HVAC improvement will replace 20 classroom heat pump units and 6 air handling units. New air handlers are able to be moved into the mezzanine spaces through the interior corridor ceilings and then horizontally into the mechanical mezzanine through mechanical room walls. Other options for mezzanine air handler replacement include through the roof or through the outdoor air intake wall louvers at each mezzanine mechanical room.
