Work done under this Service Contract includes miscellaneous small HVAC projects. These may include but are not limited to, repair and or replacement of HVAC and associated equipment as deemed necessary by the facility It is anticipated the majority of the work performed will be done with the Contractor’s own forces, employed directly by the Contractor. Contractor will commence work under this contract upon receipt of a written Work Order, Purchase Order, or Notice to Proceed from the Owner and will expeditiously complete the work, and by any such date stipulated in the Work Order, Purchase Order, or Notice to Proceed. A bid bond in the amount of $10,000 is required.
