Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove existing HVAC systems and install the following as specified in the attached: Headquarters Building: - One 4 ton 15 SEER high efficiency gas package RTUs including curb adapters. - Three (3) 5 ton 15 SEER high efficiency gas package RTUs including curb adapters. - Two (2) 7.5 ton 13.5 IEER high efficiency gas package RTUs w/2 speed indoor fans including curb adapters. - One (1) 10 ton 13.5 IEER high efficiency gas package RTUs w/2 speed indoor fans including curb adapters. - One (1) 15 ton 13.5 IEER high efficiency gas package RTUs w/2 speed indoor fans including curb adapters. Test and balance air flow to each area in building. All questions must be received on or before July 3, 2019, at 3:00 pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. HSP required.
