It is the intent of this project to completely replace the facility exterior and interior HVAC components to include, but not limited to, condensers, air handling units, heat strips, condensate drains, catch pans, insulation, and thermostats. Once completed, the entire HVAC System should be in a “zero hours” condition and reset. The two (2) work site locations involved are: 1. 1255 N. I-20 E, Waskom, TX 75692 & 2. 1200 W. I-30, Texarkana, TX 75503. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. HSP required.
