Contractor shall perform and furnish all labor, supervision, services, materials, equipment, tools, scaffolds, hoisting, transportation, storage and all other things necessary to prosecute and complete the work identified and described in, or which can be reasonably inferred from, Schedule A attached hereto (the "Work"). The Work shall be performed by Contractor in a good and workmanlike manner strictly in accordance with the Contract Documents, consisting of the plans, specifications (including, but not limited to, general, special and supplemental conditions), addenda and other documents identified in Schedule B attached hereto, and all subsequently and duly issued modifications thereto. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
