OCFA currently has a centralized Property Management Section responsible for the testing, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems at its headquarters and fire stations. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to establish a contract for services for both scheduled and on an as-needed basis. The successful contractor(s) will provide HVAC system repair and maintenance services including all personnel, labor, supervision, materials, tools and equipment required to maintain and repair HVAC systems at all OCFA properties as identified. The list of Fire Stations with equipment and addresses are provided as Attachment A. Prevailing Wages apply.
