. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, incidentals, accessories, and traffic control as necessary to install, repair, and maintain various concrete structures on an “on-call and as-needed” time and materials basis. Work shall include, but not limited to removing, forming, and replacing curb and gutter, removing, forming, and replacing sidewalk including handicap ramps, and concrete entrances, repair and replacement of paved ditches, concrete aprons, concrete slopes, drop inlets, concrete headwalls and wing walls, barrier walls, energy dissipaters, paved flumes, and other miscellaneous concrete items. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
