Upstate Community Hospital, 4900 Broad Road, 1st floor, Main Lobby, Syracuse, New York 13215.
The project includes the gut renovation of 4,903 gross square feet on the First Floor to create a new Infusion Center. The Infusion Center will be located at grade level, immediately adjacent to the Main Lobby entrance and patient drop off loop, with easy access to parking. Two miscellaneous office areas in the hospital will be renovated as well, at 321 and 600 gross SF respectively for a project total of 5,824 SF. The Infusion Center will include registration and waiting area, (3) exam rooms, (1) exam/treatment room, (10) open infusion bays, (1) private infusion room and ancillary support spaces such as nurse stations, toilet rooms, clean & soiled rooms, staff break area and offices. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
