The work includes labor, material, and equipment, services required for construction, testing, and commissioning of the project in accordance with the Contract documents and as more specifically described in the specifications and drawings and includes, but is not limited to, the following principal features at each site: Installation of owner furnished new diesel engine driven emergency generator. Installation of new generator equipment pad. Installation of owner furnished new automatic transfer switch. Removal of manual transfer switch and generator receptacles. Patching and sealing as needed per conditions.
