Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and services necessary to provide City- wide signalization services including emergency on-call response, new construction, rehabilitations, selected maintenance of traffic signals, traffic monitoring sites and streetlight facilities on all City and State roads within the City of Port St. Lucie. Contractor shall furnish and install new equipment related to traffic signals, streetlights, pedestrian lighting and associated traffic control facilities (devices) such as but not limited to school zone flashers, flashing beacons, traffic monitoring devices, interconnect (fiber optics) and associated improvements. Contractor shall assist with the emergency repair and maintenance of existing traffic control facilities and street lighting. Work covered under the contract is intended to include repair and maintenance necessary because of normal wear and tear and minor incidental damage.
