The purpose of this Request for Bid is to detail the requirements for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of doors and windows encompassing various Gwinnett County locations, and to maintain their compliance with regulatory requirements. These services are needed to maintain the efficient and reliable operation of these facilities on a continual 24-hour basis. A five percent (5%) bid bond, a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond, and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond must be furnished to Gwinnett County for any bid as required in bid package or document. Failure to submit a bid bond with the proper rating will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
