The City of Decatur is accepting bids for the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment for the completion of the Talley Street / South Columbia Drive / Shadowmoor Drive split phase signal and pedestrian improvements within the City of Decatur. This project shall include traffic control, concrete, signing and pavement markings, signal installation, erosion control, and other items that may be related to the project work. DeKalb County coordination shall be conducted by the contractor for this work. The coordination effort shall be included in the overall bid proposal for the project.
