Provide labor, equipment, materials, and transportation for the interior remodel of J93 located at 420 E. Barioni Blvd, Imperial.5.2.1 Provide procurement and construction services to remodel approximately 2,700 sq. ft. of interior office space. The remodel will include expansion of the existing plumbing/ sewer, HVAC system, electrical, security alarm and telecommunication system. The remodel includes framing of three new offices, file room/storage room, janitor closet, copier area, conference room and mechanical room. A large open room will serve as storage and dry lab. 5.2.2 Additionally, two existing restrooms will be expanded adding an additional stall at each location. The building will remain occupied and remain in business during the renovation, with business hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm following a 9/80 work schedule. The awarded contractor shall submit to IID staff a detailed construction schedule indicating phasing of work from start to finish of the project. IID intends to issue a Notice to Proceed in July 2019 with a completion project date 90 calendar days after. Q&A due by 04/23/19 at 5PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
