It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract with a vendor for Janitorial Services per the stated bid specifications described herein for the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Services for the Blind-Governor Morehead Campus (six (6) different building) at one (1) location. This contract would be for a period of one (1) year beginning April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021 with the option for two (2) additional years in (1) one-year increments. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
