The Contractor shall be responsible for janitorial services at the Sun Rail Stations listed herein. Service shall include general interior cleaning, cleaning of fixtures and building surfaces, and cleaning of outside perimeter to ensure a clean and tidy appearance. Workmanship shall be of the highest quality by industry standards. This contract shall be monitored by Orange County Facilities Management and services shall be subject to the acceptance of the County Contract Administrator or designee.
