The City of Poughkeepsie is seeking bids for janitorial services at various City of Poughkeepsie locations with approximately 83,866 square footage. (see Attachment “A”, entitled Site Locations and Proposal Form). The work called for under this specification consists of furnishing qualified supervision, work plan, labor, supplies, materials, equipment (except the supplies and utilities specified herein, which are to be supplied by the City of Poughkeepsie) and performing all work as specified. Bidders are to use the specifications as a minimum performance guide and establish a work plan that meets or exceeds the requirements stated.
