Project is located at City Hall, 22112 El Paseo, & Bell Tower Reional CC, 22232 El Paseo, Rancho Santa Margarita Scope includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor & incidentals as required for this maintenance service. City Hall will be 2 nights/wk on Tues & Fri; Bell tower 4 nights/wk Tues, thurs, Fri & Sat. Also as-needed services. Janitorial maintenance shall include, but is not limited to, cleaning all carpet, flooring, wall surfaces, windows, furniture, hardware, and all fixtures in the interior and on the exterior of the City Hall and BTRCC facilities. Exteriors shall also include, but are not limited to, attached and unattached doors, jambs, building signage, light fixtures, windows, poles and columns, tile entry floors, walls, benches, tables and chairs.
