The project site is located at the JB Wise/Court Street Plaza in Watertown, NY. Project includes the removal of plant life and graffiti, mortar repainting, replacing missing stone, and cleaning the Stone Retaining Wall. The successful contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided for in the Information for Bidders.
