These services may include any and all services necessary to perform JOC services including minor construction, repair, alteration, renovation, remediation, and maintenance services. The following list is an example of the types of services and is not exhaustive: 1. Wall erection (metal stud, wood stud, drywall, mud, tape, & texture) 2. Suspended ceilings (grid installation and ceiling tile) 3. Flooring work (carpet tile, carpet roll, VCT, ceramic tiles) 4. Wall tile 5. Painting 6. Demo work 7. Concrete work 8. Plaster and brick work. Q&A due by 05/06/19 at 5PM.It is the intent of the CTCD, to contract for JOC services for a base period of twelve (12) months and four (4) one (1) year option periods. Bonds required.
