The Texas State University is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for selection of a General Contractor firm(s) for Job Order Contracting. The objective of the JOC program is to enable the University to expeditiously secure contractors to perform construction and construction related services. All proposals are subject to the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals. A Job Order Contract is a competitive sealed proposal, firm fixed coefficient based price, indefinite-quantity contract to perform work for the University. The contract consists of a collection of proposed institutional facilities type projects. Each project will encompass detailed task specifications encompassing alterations, renovation, remodeling, and major repairs to Texas State structures and properties. Bonds required. HSP required. Prevailing wages apply. HSP required.
