CalState Fullerton is inviting bids for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The University issues discrete, fixed-priced Job Orders, as needed, under the contract to the Contractor who in turn furnishes all management, documentation, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work.There will be three (3) JOC agreements awarded to the three lowest, responsible bidders under this solicitation. Each of the three (3) JOC agreements will have a minimum contract value of $0.00 and a maximum contract value of $3,000,000.00, as the need arises. Each of the three (3) JOC agreements will be issued for $3,000,000.00. The term of each of the three (3) JOC agreements will be a maximum of 12 months. Each Firm or Contractor may only have one of the JOCs. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
