The County of San Diego is soliciting sealed bids to establish Job Order contract(s) that includes a collection of detailed repair and remodel tasks and specifications that have established Unit Prices. It is placed with a Contractor for the accomplishment of repair, remodeling (including but not limited to alteration, modernization, maintenance or rehabilitation), or other repetitive work on buildings, structures, or other real property at different locations throughout the County. The work under this Contract will be set forth in the Detailed Scopes of Work set forth in the individual Job Orders. The Contractor is required to complete each Job Order Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time. DVBE goals apply. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
