Leander Independent School District (LISD) is soliciting bids to provide general minor construction services on an as-needed basis in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this solicitation. This solicitation is to establish a pool of awarded Contractors in accordance with a Job Order Contracting (JOC) methodology. The scope of possible work includes maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, remediation, or minor construction of a facility. All work is of a recurring nature, but the delivery times, type, and quantities of work required are indefinite. The work will generally be less than $500,000 per job. Prevailing wages apply.
