The project includes selective demolition, plumbing fixtures, ventilation system, electrical work, concrete masonry partitions, metal stud partitions, toilet partitions, suspended ceilings, ceramic tile, and other finishes. The total project area is approximately 1,680 GSF. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
