The scope of the work consists of replacement of movable partitions in Highland Room, Lilac Ballroom, and Empire Hall in the RRCC, Existing partitions (panels and tacks) shall be removed and new installed at the same locations to provide the same room configurations. Partition tracks and structural suppose elements in the panel storage rooms in Highland and Lilac Ballrooms require modification of layouts. Project also includes demolition and reconstruction of the existing gypsum board soffits and modification to the fire protection line in Highland Room. RRCC will be in use during the construction. Construction may be conducted in only one room at a time. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
