Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Ellensburg, WA office. After presenting the project elements and answering any questions in the conference room, contractors are encouraged to accompany project managers and travel to the North Fork Teanaway River to complete the pre-bid meeting.

TERO REQUIRED. North Fork Manastash: harvest 800 trees within the LT Murray Wildlife area and either directionally fell or use mechanical harvest (feller buncher) to stage logs for helicopter transport. Transport of trees with and without root wads, to North Fork Teanaway River helicopter staging locations. See Contractor Bid Sheet 1 of 3 for log schedule. Construct log jams within the North Fork Teanaway River per specifications detailed in Attachment A and B and at the direction of MCF and YKFP project managers. Transport and construct log jams in the Carlson Creek drainage, a tributary to the West Fork Teanaway River, at the direction of YKFP Project Manager Transport and place ballast rock to/in NF Teanaway River Transport of additional material to each site as directed by project managers. Levee removal from North Fork Teanaway River corridor and redistribution of those materials within North Fork Teanaway River floodplain. Selective floodplain grading and excavation within the Indian Creek watershed 100 work days or less to complete over two work periods (2019 and 2020).
