The Klamath Tribes Housing Department ("KTHD"), a program of the Klamath Tribes, is inviting firms who have experience in construction and project management to submit sealed bids for general contractor construction services relating to the Klamath Tribes Fitness Center. The work contemplated consists of: Construction of a 15,250 S.F. building consisting of CMU, light wood and metal framing with selected fiber cement siding, selected roof configuration and system, faux stone and CMU veneer detailing including gymnasium, locker and restrooms, concession stand, offices, exercise rooms and storage. Site work will consist of work required for the building area only including erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, tree removal, grading / site excavation and fill. In addition, all utilities (water, sewer, electrical, cable television and telephone) serving the proposed building as well as the garbage enclosure is included in the building package site work. Additional site work and utilities (storm drainage infrastructure, detention pond and parking lot lighting) are provided under separate contract/project.
