Separate sealed bids for furnishing of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and appliances necessary for the construction of the Lafayette road water line replacement. The project consists of the following major elements: replacement of approximately 4500 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron pipe for the water system on Lafayette road. The project will include fire hydrants, valves, fittings, service lines, and other components as required for the completion of the project. A bid bond of 5% of the total project cost is to be included in the proposal package. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bods with the executed agreement meeting the requirements of the contract documents and executed on the forms attached to the agreement. The terms and time for payment are set forth in the agreement.
