The replacement of two corrugated metal twin arch pipes with a precast structure to carry both vehicles and pedestrians along Lake Drive over the Quassaick Creek. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid payable to the City of Newburgh as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the Bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Newburgh. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
