The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: 1. Miscellaneous Improvements at the Lake Lewisville Water Treatment Plant, including: a. Construction of a new 4866-square-foot Administration Building and 1700-square foot High Service Electrical Building b. Architectural and other renovations at the Operations Building, Filter Building, Chemical Building and High Service Pump Station c. Various valve replacements and other piping improvements, including offsite valves near the plant site d. Electrical Switchgear replacement and other electrical improvements e. Road and parking improvements f. SCADA and security improvements g. Various HVAC and plumbing improvements. 2. Improvements at the Lake Lewisville Raw Water Pump Station site, including: a. Replacement of main electrical transformers b. Modifications to the lower intake structure (submerged) c. Construction of new 996-square-foot Chemical Feed Building d. Replacement of various valves and other piping improvements e. Architectural, ventilation and other improvements to the pump building f. Construction of a new potable water supply line, approximately 840 feet of 8” and 2” piping.3. Improvements at the Lake Ray Roberts Raw Water Pump Station site, including: a. Construction of a new 980-square-foot Chemical Feed Building and related piping improvements b. Construction of a new potable water supply line, approximately 2800 feet of 4” and smaller piping.
