Spillway Gates, Steel Repairs, Sandblasting, Painting project the scope of which includes, but is not limited to, the following major work items: (1) Mobilization and demobilization; (2) Site preparation and maintenance; (3) Provisions for care and control of water; (4) Structural steel repairs to twelve (12) spillway gates; (5) Sandblasting and painting twelve (12) entire spillway gates including the trunnion girders; (6) Sandblasting and painting of all spillway gate hoist motors, gears, drive shafts, & associated mechanical equipment; (7) New rubber seals and clamp bars on twelve (12) entire spillway gates; (8) Clean and lubricate wire ropes on all spillway gates; (9) Sandblasting and painting ten (10) existing stoplogs and lifting beam; (11) New rubber seals and clamp bars on ten (10) existing spillway stoplogs; (12) Fabrication of an additional set of spillway stoplogs and lifting beam; (13) Sandblasting and painting of all outlet tower hoist motors, gears, drive shafts, and associated mechanical equipment; (14) Performance of concrete repairs to damaged slab sections within the spillway; and (15) Disposal, handling, storage, and transportation of all waste generated on project site in accordance with all environmental permits and specifications.
