The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit competitive sealed bids from contractors interested in providing for the mobilization, labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to follow the Construction Plans for Lambert Avenue Drainage Improvements – Phase I, prepared by Zahn Engineering, Inc., dated January 30, 2020. The project bid as requested will be for earthwork, regrading, pipe cleaning, and restoration of all disturbed areas to include any and all utilities or structures encountered during the construction process. All notes and details pertaining to this scope of work shall be followed.
