Routine landscape maintenance includes but is not limited to mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, pruning, planting, fertilizing, aerating, dethatching, sweeping, litter removal, debris and sediment removal, pest control, pesticide applications, water management, BMP’s as well as the maintenance and repair of irrigation equipment, lodge pole fencing, DG trails, pedestrian trails, brow ditches and appurtenant work complete and as required in accordance with these Contract Documents. Following award of contract, Contractor shall provide City proof of North County Transit District (NCTD) Roadway Worker Protection (RWP) certification for employees performing landscape maintenance services within the Inland Rail Trail (IRT) maintenance easement. On an annual basis, Contractor shall provide proof of employee RWP certification to the City.Q&A due by 04/18/19 at Noon
