The objectives of this RFP is to secure a contractor to effectively provide landscape services and practices to ensure proper growth for all plants, grasses, trees, bushes, etc. The initial term of the resulting Agreement will be for one (1) year, and thereafter the University shall have the right, at its option, to renew the Agreement for up to four (4) additional renewal terms of one (1) year each.
