The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to enter into a firm-fixed price contract with a qualified, experienced, licensed and bonded firm with five or more years’ experience providing lawn care and grounds maintenance services. The selected firm will furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment and services necessary to provide complete landscaping services for Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority (“Authority or PRHA”) Administrative Offices located at 3116 South Street, Portsmouth, Virginia. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
