This work consist of the construction of a new asphalt access drive to the Lawrenceville Public Works Facility. The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items: Site clearing, grading, excavation, tree removal and erosion control. Installation of curb & gutters, new storm drain pipe systems, concrete storm drain structures, and tie-ins per the dimensions and shown on the plans, and as stipulated in the contract bid specifications. Construct complete (design-build) concrete reinforced wall and modular block wall, installation of guard railings, hand railings, & paving. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
