Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA 92869 (enter from Chapman Avenue, meet at the flagpole in front
of the Admission Building (E). A Bid Proposal submitted by a Bidder whose representative(s) did
not attend the entirety of the Mandatory Job Walk will be rejected by the District as being nonresponsive. Bidders are required to obtain and display a parking permit for the job walk. The day
parking permit is available for purchase at the campus.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and utility and transportation services and perform and complete all work required in connection with Bid #1370 Learning Resources Center (LRC) Drywall Repairs at Santiago Canyon College. Prevailing wages. Bonds required. DVBE goals.
